Our prestigious client in Montreal is looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Follows and ensures full compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Participate in the administration and implementation of the safety program

Production of aggregates products to meet market demand.

Develop, implement and track maintenance, production, stockpiling and shipping processes

Oversee and manage Local and National Contracts to ensure expectations and purchasing gains are achieved.

Plan, drive and track financial performance

Forecast profitability and production to optimize yield

Oversee monthly inventory reconciliation to assist Sales, Distribution and Supply Chain in balancing site inventory levels in order to meet the demand.

Schedule and plan production

Ensure sites meet or exceed Regulatory guidelines.

Assist Land in the development, implementation and management of a sustainable mining plan

Work with the Central Environmental Department to develop, implement and manage operational standards to oversee activities and mitigate our environmental impact.

Develop and maintain effective relationships within the community

Ensures that a site image guideline exists to promote a professional image in a standard and consistent manner with other ECAN locations and is well implemented / enforced.

Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or comparable study.

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, not necessarily in the aggregates or construction industry.

Salary: $110,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
