Our prestigious client in Brookfield is looking for a site Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a role model in the areas of safety, leadership, teamwork, customer focus

Support local businesses with Contractor Safety Management (CSM) compliance and training,

Ensure ACert compliance.

Responsible for operational safety & effective use of resources to minimize cost and maximize feed to the kiln operations.

responsible for site management of fuel unloading, pre-processing and transfer station;

Responsible for daily/routine operation of the ARM & AFR program at Geocycle Brookfield

Pre-process waste inbound material and deliver material

Coordinates the QA/QC program with the cement plant.

Ensure efficient manpower utilization and maintenance regimes and repairs.

Organize (preventive) maintenance on machinery to ensure high availability of production line.

Oversee AFR receptions with internal and external customers, and carriers.

Provide professional and development/coaching to Geocycle & plant resources

Interact and promote efficient teamwork with plant personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering, Logistics or Chemistry

Minimum of five years of progressive experience within a logistics, waste management or industrial environment.

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships

Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to drive and lead effective change in a complex multi-product line environment

Possess superior communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Analytical, goal driven, customer focused, and business savy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday
