Support all functions of dispatching by Operations Manager as required

Answer phones for call-ins as second operations contact for all drivers/customers

Load plan, input into system TMS software DisptachMate, create trips for Line haul drivers as support to Operations Manager

Input driver bookings daily into trailer/truck programs, process for mechanic folders, then input completed repairs back

into the same programs

Create border paperwork set up both northbound and southbound for ACE/ACI manifest for drivers and brokers

Create and maintain MTO/DOT Safety & Compliance program for all equipment files

Maintain all drivers files

Insure receipt of quarterly proof of disability insurance coverage from all sub-contractors

Maintain Company Driver cell phone inventory

Maintain Health & Safety compliance

Maintain Annual Safety board and files

Processing of Line haul trips sheets and up to payroll process as back up to Operations Assistant position
