Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Field

Extensive history of demonstrated hands on technical aptitude and past supervisory or leadership experience

Familiarity with SAP or similar computerized maintenance system required

Eager to continue in the professional development journey and always open to such opportunities

Demonstrated history of Predictive Maintenance tool implementation and problem solving techniques to ensure continuity of operation.

Enjoys working in a team environment but also autonomously.

Strong ability to communicate, affect change and ensure all team members have the tools/coaching to be successful in the plant.
