Our client, Canada’s largest provider of sustainable construction materials, is looking for Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Richmond Hill.

Sales Representative Description

Promote and manage the sale of Ready Mix Concrete

Be directly responsible for cultivating new customers and opportunities within your assigned region

Support existing accounts as they navigate projects within the overall commercial service area

Collaborate with Regional and Sales Managers, as well as other team members to develop a thorough understanding of the customers & market

Collaborate with our Operations, Quality Control, and Dispatch departments to understand our product lines and daily order practices

Maintain current client relationships and the development of new client relationships through customer site visits, face-to-face meetings, industry events, and social functions

Prepare detailed and timely quotations

Identify, track, and resolve all client concerns

Skills

Takes initiative and demonstrates time management skills

Results-focused, high energy and a strong work ethic

Communicates effectively with others and has the ability to establish rapport and develop strong relationships with customers

Experienced using sales CRM automation tools – Salesforce preferred

Excellent communication skills

Bilingualism is an asset

Education & Experience

Minimum 1 year Industrial experience with concrete or aggregates

Post secondary education, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or Civil Engineering Technician.

Experience in construction sales or operation experience is required

Valid driving license and clean record.
